Single sign-on lets you use one organization account to access multiple apps, so you do not need a separate password for each app.
What happens when you sign in
Section titled “What happens when you sign in”A typical sign-in includes these steps:
- You open an app from your workspace or a business page.
- The page redirects you to the single sign-on service.
- You select an account and complete any required verification.
- After sign-in succeeds, the page returns to the app.
- You continue to the content you originally wanted to open.
What you need
Section titled “What you need”- An active organization account
- Access to verification codes or another verification method required by your organization
- A stable network connection
- Permission to access the target app
