Get your administrator-issued account and OTP, complete your first sign-in, and set up a Passkey.
WeaSSO is the sign-in service for your organization’s apps. Accounts are created and issued by an administrator. Self-registration is not available.
What to do
Section titled “What to do”- Get your account and OTP — After creating the account, your administrator gives you the login name and the OTP for your first sign-in.
- Complete your first sign-in — Enter the login name in the client app, then verify with the administrator-issued OTP. This is the only verification method on a first sign-in. See Your first sign-in.
- Set up a Passkey — As soon as your OTP is accepted, follow the prompt. After that, you can sign in with your fingerprint, face, or screen lock.
Why you should set up a Passkey immediately
Section titled “Why you should set up a Passkey immediately”Without a Passkey, later sign-ins still require a new OTP from SSOSupport Bot. The Passkey prompt appears automatically at the end of the first sign-in. Complete registration there, and do not select Skip.
