A desktop or mobile app may temporarily open your system browser for single sign-on. After verification succeeds, you will be prompted to return to the app.
- Select sign in in the app.
- Allow the app to open the system browser.
- Select an account and complete verification in the browser.
- Confirm the prompt to return to the app.
- Wait for the app to finish loading.
The browser succeeded, but the app did not change
Section titled “The browser succeeded, but the app did not change”Switch back to the app manually. If it still shows the sign-in page:
- Do not submit the verification code repeatedly
- Close the current sign-in page and start one new attempt
- Confirm that your system allows the app to open links
- Record any error code shown on the page
