Sign in from a browser

When you open a page that requires authentication, the system redirects you to the single sign-on service. After verification, you will usually return to the original page automatically.

Recommended steps

1. Confirm that the address belongs to your organization or a trusted app.
2. Select the correct organization account.
3. Complete the requested verification.
4. Wait for the automatic redirect. Avoid repeatedly going back or refreshing.

Using multiple accounts

If your browser has saved multiple accounts, the system may automatically choose the most recently used account. If it is incorrect, sign out of the current app or switch accounts and try again.

Caution

On a public or temporary device, sign out and close every browser window when you finish. Do not select “Keep me signed in.”

If you do not return to the original page

Wait a few seconds, then check whether the browser blocked the redirect or opened a new tab. If the problem continues, see Troubleshooting.
